Most if not all tools required and a vehicle for some material pick ups and dump runs.
Wage $38hr unless a contract job or agreed upon lump sum (all done in writing). Send an Email with description and location of job. Free estimates.
Any mistakes, deficiency's, disagreements with craftsmanship, time can be deducted to remedy the situation and materials paid for out of pocket when necessary. Most if not all instructions or issues, should be done in writing to avoid disagreements either via Email or Text. Payment should be done once every 4-5 days either via E-Transfer, Cheques or Cash. Long term jobs, once trust has been established, payment can be done once every 2 weeks.
No job too big or too small, but a minimum of 3hr charge (Fuel and travel time costs)
