We are looking for Security Professionals to join our Ports Security team in Langdale!

What you would do:

• Provide excellent customer service to both the client and its guests
• Response to First aid and emergencies
• Provide access control
• Alarm response
• Patrolling of designated areas
• Monitor and control video surveillance systems
• Radio Check-ins and report writing
• Coordinate and liaise with police or emergency personnel when required
• Flag any breach of security to account management
• Verify all vehicles entering are authorized and hold a valid authorization to access
• Adhere to Securiguard's core Values, Vision, mission

What you bring:

• Valid BC Security License
• OFA1 certification is considered an asset
• Pride in delivering outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfort with radio communication
• Ability to write reports on job-related activities
• Comfort working independently and in varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of standing and walking for a duration of 8 hours
