We are an experienced couple (cleaner&construction/contractor) looking to pick up new clients here on the sunshine coast. I have previously worked for a cleaning company in the city that services both residential and commercial spaces as well as job site clean up. I also have experience working in a hotel setting with very high standards. I am meticulous and pay attention to detail and treat each space I clean as if it were my own.
I don't take short cuts regardless of how clean it may appear, and I pride myself in providing exceptional service to all my clients and their various needs.
I offer weekly, bi-weekly, as well as monthly or even if you just need a one-time only clean. I am also available for residential move-outs with advance notice of course! as well as vacation rentals/ BnB's.
I provide all my own products, unless of course you have a preference, in which I can use yours as well. Whichever you choose I guarantee your house will sparkle! I have references available too.
My partner is a very talented and experienced contractor available for any home or business renovations, whether it be flooring installations, siding, landscaping, painting, custom woodwork, fencing etc..(the list goes on) he also has plenty of pics and references available for you to see some of his work. For general house cleaning services I charge $30.00/hr + tax with a 2hr minimum which includes tidying, dusting, wiping down all surfaces/appliances, bathrooms-sink, tub/shower, toilet, mirrors/windows, sweep/vacuum/mop all floors, kitchen sink/counters etc.
I can also clean inside/outside fridge, inside/outside stove, microwave, window sills, inside cupboards/drawers but for these extras I charge a 3hr minimum. Typically I just ask for a checklist of what you need/want done and we can arrange a day/time from there.
As for Commercial settings for office/retail or vacation rentals/BnB Units (whether licensed or non-licensed) I charge $30+/hr with minumum of 3 hours. This also includes laundry & bedding cleaned and replaced on beds. I also remove all garbage and recycle from the premesis, as well as all general cleaning in which I generally follow a client checklist of services needed specifically, which helps if the client isn't around to explain what needs to be done so nothing is missed. anything above and beyond regular housekeeping duties (ie: rodent droppings, insect/pest cleanup, excessive mold/mildew clean up, or move-out cleans that are beyond the scope of general cleaning and borders the line of "gross, disgusting, icky, or my favorite 'theres no way I'm touching this mess" I then charge $35/hr but this would be discussed ahead of time with you (the client)
