Horizon Academy is located on the UBC campus and online at (http://en.satacademy.ca/). We offer educational consulting, test preparation, college planning, and academic high school programs for all students. Horizon Academy has been one of Vancouver’s top college-prep academies since 2006.

Types of employment: Full Time or Part-Time or Contract
Work Time: 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm Mon-Sat
Hourly Rate: $16/hr-$22/hr
Available Benefit (after three months probation): including private health and dental plans, performance bonuses, gym membership, paid vocation and so on

Job Responsibility:

1.Assisting with students’ university and private institution applications
2.Providing support to hiring qualified candidates
3.Application of Microsoft Office software and Adobe Graphic and Video design tools
4. Organize and maintain computer files and paper works.
5.Answer and reply to calls and emails
6. Supporting other offices administrative work

Key qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree in the Arts, Education or Literature
2.Minimum of a year of experience in an office environment
3.Excellent writing and communication skills
4.Strong organizational skills
5.Literacy/ PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Google Drive etc.)
6.Efficient and ability to work independently or within a team
7.Ability to multitask
8.Professional and friendly phone manner
