We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist:
We are looking for an energetic individual to join our young and vibrant team. As the face of our organization you will greet our clients with a positive and welcoming manner, while you provide assistance with the various accounting and bookkeeping duties within the firm. You will fill an important role in our organization.
- General reception duties (greeting clients, answering the phone and arranging appointments)
- Printing, compiling and scanning of client documents, as well as some light filing and mailing
- Managing office supplies and maintaining a clean and presentable office appearance
- Handling general client inquiries
- All other administrative support as required
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize your workload
- Team player and able to take initiative
- Willingness to learn and embrace new technology
- Impeccable written and verbal English skills
- Quick learner
- Accountability and reliability
**Experience is an asset but will train the right individual. Benefits offered following 3 months of employment.**
