Easily attaches to the clothes rack in any closet. Fits lots and lots of ties... heck, use your creativity to hang other things on it, too, like belts, jewelry, etc. The rack slides out to display your ties and slides back into itself to keep your ties out of harms way. As new condition (tape in photo is to attach pieces so they don't get lost.)
