Hello. Sadly my landlords are relocating & selling their home in the next few months. I am looking for a 2 bedroom for my 9 year old son and I. Really hoping to stay in Gibsons to not change my sons school (Cedar Grove) since kindergarten but with my budget I know it's tough so anywhere from Davis Bay to Langdale if needed. My budget is $1800 all included. I have excellent references and have been in my current rental for 6 years with no problems. Please reach out or keep us in mind for any rentals that may come up.
