Locally made cabinets approximately 20 years old. Available May 6(ish) but can be stored if necessary.

Double sink and counters (some wear), wall oven, washer/dryer set included (all working well). Exhaust fan works but has charcoal filters that need replacing.

Approximately 10' counter run on one side, 7-8' on the other. 5 of the cupboards have 2-3 pull-out shelves each. Washer/dryer are Samsung models (not in photos because their location is around the corner)

Other appliances in photos not included, sorry. Quart can of Benjamin Moore touch up paint available for wear spots.
