As many of you know, every October I sell my hand knitted dishcloths on line and through vet clinics and pet stores, raising money for animal charities. My contribution is the cost of the yarn, therefore EVERY dollar raised in sales is donated to animal charities locally and further afield.
A request was made by a Gibsons pet store owner, if I could knit some cloths with a paw print. Which I have done, using much softer cotton yarn, also suitable for face cloths / bath washcloths.
I thought perhaps these could be sold year-round ie Easter baskets, Birthday hampers filled with toiletries - this way, your pet could be in the shower with you as a constant reminder of the love you have for this animal. Please pm me for more info as they are not available through vets or pet stores at this time.
For the summer BBQ, picnic and camping season, I have now added a wine glass pattern - photo attached.
I have now added wineglass patterned dishcloths in plain bright colours. $6 each. See photo added.
Every single cent from Sales is sent to a charity - my contribution is the cost of the yarn.
