Basted Baker, famous for its brunch offering, is looking for new additions to our team. Some of our members will be travelling after the end of the season and we are looking forward to welcoming new talent that resides on the Sunshine Coast. These positions will be available mid September.
We are looking for mature and experienced staff members within the following positions:.
Senior Barista
This position is capable of comfortably handling all aspects of busy FOH stations including taking orders, making quality crafted espresso drinks, cocktails, mocktails, serving food and providing training and assistance to junior peers.
18 - 22 plus tips
FOH Lead
As a seasoned senior barista with supervisory experience this position plays a leadership role within the FOH - ensuring right staffing levels are in place, all staff members have been well trained in accordance with the existing protocols and procedures. We are looking for a team member that will continue bridging the front with the back of the house operations to ensure seamless team performance for the outstanding experience of our guests.
22 - 28 plus tips
We are open to full time or part time arrangements. Our shifts run from 8:30 - 3:00 and 9:00 - 3:30 with some shorter shifts being available for busy days. Extended benefits are available to all full-time employees after 3 months. Serving it right and Food Safe Level 1 are both required.
