As Sous Chef, you’ll be second-in-command in our dynamic kitchen team. You'll help craft exceptional culinary experiences while leading by example in quality, consistency, and teamwork.
Responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus
• Leading kitchen staff during service and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
• Assisting with inventory control and ordering
• Training and mentoring junior team members
• Preparing food according to customer preference
• Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness
• Ability to work in a high speed environment while maintaining a calm and positive attitude
• Monitoring and managing your cooking tools and ingredients
• Having a ‘just say yes’ attitude to accommodate clients with specific diet and health concerns
