Cook Position – Fine Dining Italian
Secret Cove, Sunshine Coast
Join Chef Adam Pegg and Karin Lazzaris’s team at La Bettolina, a fine dining Italian restaurant set in the stunning Secret Cove on the Sunshine Coast. We are seeking a dedicated cook to join our kitchen, where craftsmanship, exceptional ingredients, and authentic Italian techniques are at the heart of everything we do.
What We Offer:
• $250 per day
• The opportunity to work with a passionate, professional team led by Chef Adam Pegg (Canada’s only Master of Italian Cuisine).

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining experience is an asset but not required).
• A passion for Italian cuisine, strong work ethic, and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute positively to the kitchen culture.
