About Sunday Cider
Sunday Cider makes fine and far out craft cider on the Sunshine Coast. We are located on a beautiful 20 acre property just outside Gibsons BC. We’re fueled by a love for B.C. craft cider and a desire to create a positive and lasting impact in our local food and beverage culture.

The Opportunity:
✔ Join a small team looking to grow and enjoy your day chatting with customers about cider.
✔ Make $21/hr + tips.
✔ Work with friendly founders and colleagues who are passionate about craft cider.

✔ Training and guidance will be provided. No specific experience required, just a good attitude, friendliness towards every customer and the ability to work hard throughout a full shift.
Position Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
✔ Meet and greet customers in a welcoming and friendly way.
✔ Confidently chat with customers about our ciders, sodas and who we are.
✔ Help create great guest experiences and calmly handle rushes.
✔ Ensure the ciderhouse, picnic area, and parking lot are clean and tidy.
✔ Perform cash outs, and some light admin work like inventory counts.
Events:
✔ Assist GM with event setup and tear down.
✔ Serve guests during live music nights, markets and pop-ups.
Ciderhouse Operations and other responsibilities:
✔ Occasional help with labelling & packaging cider (e.g help with canning, bottling and kegging runs).
✔ Preparing orders for both retail and wholesale customers.
Must haves:
✔ Friendly, chill, can-do attitude.
✔ Enjoys customer service and chatting cider with customers.
✔ Capable problem-solver who takes initiative.
✔ Comfortable with light physical work (e.g., lifting a 50 lb keg).
✔ Available to work weekends and some evenings (we close at about 8 PM in summer—no late nights!).
Nice to haves:
✔ Some experience serving at a restaurant, cidery, winery or brewery
Compensation & Hours:
✔ Starting wage is $21/hour + Tips. Opportunity to grow.
✔ Flexible hours. Part time. 2-4 days / week depending on availability and preferences.
✔ Opportunity to move to full time.
✔ Weekend availability required (not every weekend :)
