What You’ll Do:
• Greet customers and provide exceptional service
• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance
• Create accurate work orders and estimates
• Communicate with technicians and keep customers updated
• Ensure shop operations run efficiently
• Order parts and manage inventory levels
• Maintain accurate parts records and coordinate deliveries
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask
• Experience in the automotive industry is an asset but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
