Front of House Reception + Owner Support
Start training soon, official position take over is late January. This position is opened up due to a team members planned travel and eventual re location to our Robson Salon.
We’re looking for a reliable, upbeat person who thrives in a fast-paced, creative salon environment. This 3 day role offers variety, teamwork, and the chance to be part of a fun, professional atmosphere on the Sunshine Coast.
About the job:
You’ll be the friendly face at the front of house — greeting guests, answering calls, booking appointments, and helping keep the day flowing smoothly. You’ll also assist the owner with daily operations and behind-the-scenes tasks like HR coordination, scheduling, and team organization.
We’re looking for someone who:
-Communicates clearly and professionally
-Can multitask and stay organized under pressure
-Brings positive energy and reliability to every shift
-Has customer service experience (salon/spa experience is a plus)
-Has general knowledge of office skills related to day to day operations
-Is comfortable learning new software and following systems
Position details:
2-3 days a week including Saturdays shifts are either 10-6 or 9-5
Closed Sundays and holidays
