**Live-In Building Manager / Cleaner – Sechelt (New 60-Unit Building)**
Location: Downtown Sechelt
Start Date: ASAP/ May 2026
Schedule: Full-time – Schedule TBD (5 days per week, 8 hours per day)
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Live-In Building Manager / Cleaner for a brand-new 60-unit rental building in downtown Sechelt. This is a long-term opportunity offering reduced rent and the chance to help manage a well-maintained new property from the start.
* Conduct daily property walkthroughs
* Show available rental suites to prospective tenants
* Assist with suite rentals, move-ins, and move-outs
* Coordinate maintenance and repair work
* Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
* Monitor building systems and report issues as needed
Cleaning & Maintenance Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain common areas (hallways, lobby, stairwells, etc.)
* Manage garbage and recycling collection areas
* Perform general upkeep to keep the property clean, safe, and welcoming

Qualifications:
* Previous experience managing a rental building required
* Previous cleaning/janitorial experience required
* Comfortable using computers and online property management portals
* Responsible, organized, and self-motivated
* Friendly, professional, and tenant-focused
* Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
* Basic maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge an asset
