Live-In Building Manager / Cleaner – Sechelt (59 Unit New Building)
Location: Downtown Sechelt
Start Date: May 2026
Schedule: Full-time – 40 hours per week
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented experienced live-in Building Manager / Cleaner for a new 59-unit rental building in downtown Sechelt.
This is a long-term opportunity with reduced rent.

Compensation
• Employee: $50,000 annual salary + reduced rent
• Contractor: $57,000 annual fee + reduced rent

Responsibilities
Building Management
• Daily property walkthroughs
• Showing rental suites
• Assisting with suite rentals and move-ins
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Responding to tenant inquiries
• Monitoring building systems and reporting issues
Cleaning
• Cleaning common areas (hallways, lobby, stairwells, etc.)
• Garbage and recycling management
• General upkeep to keep the building clean and welcoming
