This is my home and is available for a select period this winter to the right person. It truly is a lovely space and everyone who walks into it notes the great light and cozy feeling. I am looking for someone mature and responsible who will take great care of it - real wood floors need a bit of awareness and plants need some love to stay alive :) A lovely quiet tenant who works outside the home 6 days per week lives in the suite below, fully sep entrances and you will likely never see each other. The ceiling was meticulously professionally soundproofed two years ago and almost no noise transfers.
The second room is suitable as an office and has a murphy bed for occasional guests.
The space is fully furnished and has all linens and kitchen tools - just bring your toothbrush.
