Our company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting requirements in a multi-company environment. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as the ability to communicate clearly. • Manage bookkeeping for multiple locations,
• Reconcile monthly bank statements and intercompany accounts,
• Prepare payroll on a biweekly basis,
• Prepare payments for GST & WCB,
• Provide information to assist in the budget preparation process, budget expenditures and revenues.
• Must have bookkeeping experience but training in our systems will be provided,
• Knowledgeable in accounting software and generally accepted accounting principles,
• Basic math skills and legible writing,
• Excellent English,
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office most especially Excel spreadsheets.
